60 year old married 2 sons 3 grandsons. Certified professional project controls manager for large international power projects (USA Russia China India). I own a home in Florida USA as well as in Thailand - and also a condo in Thailand. The rental unit will be used by only 2 persons - my wife and me - no children or grand children no pets.
