I'm a recently single working professional I have my own business which has been going for 3 years I have many contracts that guarantee my income. I'm looking for a 1 bed flat (or studio) to rent from early June 2016. I'm currently living in SW8 not too bothered about staying in that area but SW would be good - but I'm open to all areas in London as that's where 90% of my work is based parking would be a bonus but on street is fine. I'm 29 non smoker and have been in rented accommodation for the past 10 years. Extremely tidy organised and respectful. Very handy with DIY so if anything needs doing in the house I can deal with it.
