We're Francesca (30 yo BA) and Alex (29 yo PhD) and have been renting together as a couple for 11 years. We are both in full-time permanent employment - with Francesca working as a Sales Representative for a N. London microbrewery and Alex as a Civil Servant in Westminster. We have enjoyed living in SW London for 3 years now but due to a new post in Hackney we are looking to move East for long-term rental. We are able to provide impeccable references from all our previous landlords/ladies and are keen to only rent privately as we feel this leads to a good rental relationship on both sides. We are non-smokers without pets and looking for 1-2 bedroom properties from March 2016 onwards. All the best- F & A
