These bedrooms are situated within an air-conditioned four-bedroom house, so shared areas include kitchen, lounge room, laundry and dining areas. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with all linen, pillows and towels, 2 dressing tables, lamps, a chest of drawers and a fan. Bedroom 2 features a double bed with all linen, pillows and towels, 1 dressing table, lamp and a fan. The waterfront property also boasts a beautiful deck overlooking the sandy beach and water with views to Broadbeach, and a large pool to which occupants would be welcome to use. We are a couple in our 30s with a baby, a dog and a cat. We are clean and tidy, and would expect occupants to be the same. No parties allowed and no smoking permitted. We are respectful and keep to ourselves but would also make guests feel welcome and at home. $300 per night per room with minimum 7-night stay. 50% non-refundable deposit when booking. The property is very central – 10km to Metricon stadium in Carrara, 3.6km to Broadbeach, 3km to the beach and only 1.7km to Pacific Fair, with transport nearby.
