Boldmere Sutton Coldfield (Triathalon event area) My long term lodger is vacating on 28th July so I thought I'd try hosting for the Commonwealth Games! Shared kitchen and utility with the use of standard apppliances inc fridge freezer microwave washing machine range cooker. Parking on Driveway. Bifiold doors leading to a mature garden. All Bills Included (High Speed Firbe Broadband Council Tax Gas Electric and Water). Secure space to store gear like a bike. Bedding and towel provided if needed.

The Triathalon route will be coming down the other end of my road.

Alexander Stadium in 3.5 miles by car; 30 mins by bus.

There are two train stations (Wylde Green and Chester Road) both a 15 min walk away; trains will take you to Birmingham Centre in around 20 mins.

Boldmere has a thriving local independant feel highstreet with plenty of places to eat drink and shop.

There are also plenty of other areas within easy walking distance for shopping (Tesco Aldi Lidl M&S).

Only a short walk away you have access to Sutton Park National Nature Reserve with 7 lakes and wild ponies roaming freely.
