Brand new 2 Bedroom modern apartment in a quite cul-de-sac situated next to park.Located near Birmingham city centre.15 minute bus ride to common wealth games and bus stop within 10 minutes walking distance 15 minute bus journey into Birmingham city centre Where there is a big shopping centre indoor and out retail pubs/bars cafes.restaurants.enjoy a lovely day out walking along the canel in Birminghams Broad Street National sea life centre cinemas The Alexander Theater.Theres plenty to do and see both day and night Bus stops and local shops walking distance.Fitted with electric oven and hob fridge freezer and dish washer.Private parking for 2 vehicles electric gate operated by remote control or code.Main front door intercom entrance.Fully furnished through out has a big shower suit Second bedroom is used as a dressing room but can fit a single bed if requested.Price is for 14 days only so that would give 1 day before and 1 day after whilst the commonwealth games are in place.High class apartment and location.
