Our beautiful home is at the end of a quiet road it is very private and not overlooked. Situated within walking distance from Sutton Park and the Triathalon start/route and a short walk to the train station into Birmingham City Centre and the rest of the games it is ideal for your stay. This is a new and modern house with 4 large beds 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) 3 reception rooms large modern kitchen dining entertaining space utility large garden with entertaining space room for 2 cars on the drive and others outside. Both the lounge and kitchen have bi-fold doors leading out to the garden linking the inside to the outside during the summer months. The house is secured and the alarm is linked directly to a security service for ultimate peace of mind.
We will be away so looking for people we can trust to look after our family home and enjoy the games to the full. Great amenities close by amazing local curry house shops etc. Happy to consider additional requests or requirements such as daily/weekly cleaning service (additional cost obviously).
