About this listing
1 bedroom flat in centre of Glasgow, converted mill, Speirs Wharf.
5 min walk from the Pinkerton Arena.
You and your guests could benefit from a beautiful location living beside a canal, whilst enjoying the city centre and all the attractions/amenities/transport links within a 7 min walk.
The canal boasts great picnic spots, with picnic tables, even ducks and swans come to visit.
Our flat is 1 bedroom, but the living room is quite large. We are happy to discuss the idea of adding an additional bed to the living room, for a small extra cost, so could potentially sleep 4/5.
We have a full kitchen, which you can access a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge and freezer from.
We even have a beer/wine fridge!
We have full hd 42 inch tv and sky tv package, in case you miss the games! We also have full wifi, so you can connect and keep in touch with your family and friends.
We have a bath and a shower facility in the flat.
We don't have pets, so there are no pet hairs etc, and we don't smoke. If you would like to bring a pet, please get in touch so we can discuss.
If you would like me to leave a hairdryer/straightners, this can easily be arranged.
There is a bus stop right beside the beautiful converted mill building.
There is a cafe at the end of the building, a few blocks down, which serves tasty lunches, and beer!
There is also a spa for those who need to relax after the tense games!

My name is Laura, and I live in the flat that's up for rent. Its a beautiful, sunny and peaceful place to live, but not too far from the bustling night life of Glasgow (my favourite thing about Glasgow!). I work as a project manager just outside Glasgow, and enjoy walking in to town after work for a bite to eat, visiting friends, catching the train to Edinburgh or watching a new movie at the local cinema. I like to keep active too, and the canal allows me to go for long runs and cycles in a beautiful location. I like to travel and have been to South Korea, Japan, America, Qatar and most of Europe. I hope you like the look of my flat. If you have any questions - I would love to hear from you
