The apartment is very well placed. Go up Clarence Drive to the cafes and boutiques in Hyndland, Byres Road is not far. Marks & Spencer Simply Food and Sainsbury's are a 5 minute walk away as are the coffee shops of Broomhill. Zaha Hadid's Riverside Museum, Kelvinhall Art Gallery and the university of Glasgow are within striking distance. Continue along Dumbarton Road towards the city for the bars and eateries of upcoming Finnieston.
From Partick interchange, the Hydro, SECC and Science Centre are one stop by train. Trains go to both Queen Street and Central stations so it's easy to get to Hampden for the athletics or the Velodrome. There are also bus stops in Clarence Drive or Crow Rd into town or out west.

I''m an artist working in Edinburgh moving back to Glasgow after the Games so you have free reign of the flat! I just love its light and space and the stunning views.
