The apartment is less than 10 years old and so is filled with modern touches including feature light fittings, breakfast bar, en-suite master bedroom, large fitted wardrobes, wood flooring throughout and all "mod-cons".
The main living space of the apartment is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space, which is a light, airy and comfortable place to relax and entertain. The furniture includes: dining table and 4 chairs, breakfast bar stools, 2 sofas and an arm chair.
The property has two bathrooms; an en-suite and large family bathroom, the latter with a bath and shower, the former with a walk-in shower. There is a constant supply of hot water due to a combi-boiler and electric shower.

Things to do nearby
The property is located in the fashionable recent redevelopment of the New Gorbals, which is a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a 10 minute walk from Glasgow Green. There are plenty of amenities for public transport, including Bridge Street Underground Station - a 10 minute walk away, giving a short (20 minute) travel time to Glasgow's West End and other locations.
Additionally, there are numerous bus routes available, and due to the central location, taxis are very cheap (£4 into the centre and £7 to the West End). The area is also very well situated for driving, being 5 minutes from the M8 and M74, and short drives to Hampden, Celtic Park, Chris Hoy Velodrome and all areas of Glasgow.
Due to it's central and well connected location, all the sites of Glasgow are in easy reach by any method including: Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Gallery of Modern Art, Cathedral of St Mungo and Mitchell Lighthouse, as well as all sports venues.
