Situated in Burnside/Rutherglen area of the South Side of Glasgow, only three miles from the city centre, we are the perfect base for exploring the enormous number of attractions in the Glasgow area and beyond. Within walking distance is Hampden Park, Scotland's National Stadium. Celtic Park is just a 10 minutes drive away. Also nearby is the Burrell Collection, one of Britains foremost art museums, plus the Tramway Theatre.
Excellent transport links. We are ideally situated for easy access by road or public transport to the city centre and motorway network. The main bus routes are within easy walking distance (1 minute) and we are situated next to Burnside train station (less than 5 minute walk) We are close to the Glasgow National Hockey Centre (10 minute drive), Athlete's Village, Emirates Arena, Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Tollcross International Swimming Centre and Strathclyde Country Park.
Burnside has a lot to offer. A super local hotel for meals and a lovely Italian bistro.
Fantastic famous local Chip shop. Bakery, tesco supermarket, banks, laundrette, hairdresser etc. We are very close to Rutherglen Main Street for shopping.
